In this regard, for your security, we have relied on the system of payment by credit or debit card to a secure payment gateway. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank´s servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

- Manage your registration as a user of the Platform: The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the terms that regulate the use of the Platform. We understand that the processing of this data is also beneficial for you insofar as it allows us to be able to serve you properly and resolve your queries. When you contact us for the management of incidents related to the use of the Platform, the treatment is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship maintained with you. When your query is related to the exercise of the rights, that we inform you below, or with claims related to our services, what legitimizes us to process your data is the fulfillment of legal obligations on our part.

However, we ensure that any communication of your personal information by us or by third parties with whom we share your personal information complies with applicable law.
We will only keep your Personal Data for the period of time that we need it for the purpose for which we are processing it, until your account is deleted or for the period of time legally established for that purpose.
When you delete your account, we remove the content you have posted, as well as the photographs, so you cannot retrieve this information. In any case, your data could be kept by legal imperative, for the period of time established, however, such data will be blocked. Conversely, information shared about you by others will not be deleted, as it is not part of your account.
The Personal Data obtained through registration to the Platform, those obtained through a query through the consultation forms or through the email address will be kept until the service is performed or during the time of attention for the resolution of your query. In the case of receiving your CV, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.
The Personal Data obtained through your express consent for the sending of push communications will be kept until you revoke the consent and/ or request the cancellation of the service.
